Please add me to the class action lawsuit as well. We used our heat surge fire place regularly for 2 years, because our 1950 house wasn’t insulated. After getting an electrical efficiency assessment report from the Cleveland Housing Network, the appliances that were the most inefficient were our furnace and the fireplace unit. Needless to say, we do not use the Heat surge fireplace anymore. We feel ripped off, and we want to help take down those crooks. Please contact me at bwsteiner20@yahoo.com.

okay lol i sell these things at my work and personaly i think there complete bull honestly the tv add is insane in the sense of confusing plus its just all around a shity pitch were telling you that your gonna buy it not asking witch is what we should do or at least not try to shove itdown your throat, take your money and run, like and whats the deal with shipping? i get so many calls a day for these damn things and no one seems to have there heater so sumthings wrong lol…..
i just needed to vent cuz of the last heat surge call i got..
sum guy told me he was charging everyone at my call center for false addvo and disrespecting the amish faith witch is 100% true
