Congrats! That is very respectable time. And kudos for conquering Black Mountain and Iron Mountain. If you ever see a runner with a grey tank top sporting a Camelbak, be sure to give me a shout! See you on the trails

Two sixty-nine year olds made it up and down with one hour at the top in 3 hours. Don’t know how good this is for you young ones, but we thought it was a great walk up. Pictures from the top are the reason we took an hour. We also did Black Mountain in 2 hours and Iron Mountain in 4. Grandchildren were glad we did it as they got some time off.
