		<description>What a wonderful picture.  Its very captivating for exactly what you found.  I often find myself at antique stores looking at old pictures and collections of postcards that prove what inspiring and brave people tread this land before us.  

Who knows what was going through that young man&#039;s mind, but I agree with you that its deep.  It could be the woman he left behind, the family he can&#039;t provide for, uncertainty of pretty much everything.

		<description>Awesome post. If you are ever in San Fran. there is a restaurant right by the Ghirardelli chocolate factory. Right in front of it actually. If you go into the basement by the bathrooms they have a lot of old photos on the walls. They are old photos of San Fran. from the 1906 earthquake when almost the entire city burned down. I could  look at those things for hours they are so cool.</description>
