I can clearly see the giant noggin, topped by a cute little nose and the lips just to the left. He looks like he has his left arm crossed over his chest. Any plans to pay for the 4D ultrasound? Those are pretty cool, but mostly for folks who don't want to wait to see what the baby comes out looking like. And the most important question of all... what's his name?!
