WordPress 3.0
Wow. Color me impressed.
I just upgraded from WordPress 2.8 to the just-released 3.0 “Thelonious”. With an improved menu system, improved bulk updating, custom menu management, a slick interface and snazzy new themes, I’m quite impressed with this new incarnation of WordPress.
Sure…I’m not quite as excited as this:
…but you get the general idea.
If you haven’t updated to 3.0 yet, what are you waiting for?
Yup, I did update it, but check your plugins, as there are some that WP is installing on their own, which is not that great if you ask me…

I love the Cookie Monster!
I actually have a third blog at WordPress (which I no longer post on), and I have to say, there are MANY things about WP that I like more than Blogger (such as their commenting system). So glad to hear you’re enjoying the update.
@Ron Yep, Cookie Monster is “the man”. I hate that they’re trying to clean up his image by making him say that “cookie is a sometimes food”. That’s just wrong.
@Tatiana Thanks Tat! You had me concerned there. I checked things out as soon as I got home. Luckily I didn’t see anything unusual in my plugin’s section. Will keep my eye out though!
