Finally…A Decent Game Movie
It’s been a long time coming, but I think the indie market might just be on to something here.
Finally, a movie that gets the heart and soul of the source material just right. Where Tomb Raider, House of the Dead, Doom, Resident Evil, and Prince of Persia went wrong, God of War gets right in every single way:
I totally wish that was a real trailer. Dig the Wes Anderson “painful soul in search of enlightenment” vibe. Now I find myself wishing that the real Wes Anderson would step up and make this flick.
Pro Tip: If you haven’t seen Wes’ movie The Darjeeling Limited, please give it a once over. This overlooked film deserves some love.
